By accessing or using Skillomentum's website, contact channels and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of Services

a. Skillomentum offers educational services, including but not limited to courses, training programs, and informational resources.

b. Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services. Any misinformation may result in the termination of your relationship with Skillomentum.

c. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and unique identification codes provided by Skillomentum after enrolment like Membership ID and Certification ID.

d. Users agree to use Skillomentum's services for lawful purposes only and refrain from engaging in any activity that may violate local, national, or international laws or regulations.

e. Users in any circumstances are not authorized to share with anyone the exclusive training materials and curriculum provided before, during or after any course.

f. The admission provided in any of the training program is not transferrable.

g. In case of absence from training Skillomentum is under no obligation to cover the course again for the user to cover training missed due to absence.

h. Upon completion of the training, students will receive a completion certificate for their respective courses and placement assistance.

3. Fees and Payments

a. Fees for Skillomentum's services may be specified on our website or may be communicated admission contact and may vary depending on the program or course.

b. Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the enrolment process and sent as part of Invoice.

c. Skillomentum reserves the right to change fees for services at any time, with prior notice to users.

d. Cancellation and Refund policy will be communicated during the enrolment process and sent as part of Invoice.

e. Skillomentum reserves the right to hold admission or certifications until fees are paid.

4. Intellectual Property

a. All content provided by Skillomentum, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Skillomentum and protected by copyright laws.

b. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

c. Users are not allowed to record any of the video training sessions using any third-party software or screen recorder. In case of such incident Skillomentum is authorized to take legal course of action for violation of privacy under copywrite laws.

d. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content provided by Skillomentum without prior written consent.

e. Skillomentum is under no obligation to disclose the Alumni and Placement network and how we use it to help students in placements. This is classified internal, non-public and confidential information.

f. All information provided by Skillomentum is considered proprietary and confidential. Students must not disclose or distribute any confidential or proprietary information after completing the course.

g. By accepting Skillomentum's decisions, students waive the right to contest them. All decisions made by Skillomentum are final and binding on the student.

h. Skillomentum provides information of its trainers during lectures. Further to information provided about trainers, Skillomentum is under no obligation to provide any additional information if requested by any user.

i. Skillomentum is under no obligation to disclose its Business-to-Business partners information to users.

5. Termination

a. Skillomentum reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or misconduct.

b. Upon termination, users must cease all use of Skillomentum's services, and any remaining fees owed shall become immediately due and payable.

6. Limitation of Liability

a. Skillomentum strives to provide accurate and reliable services, but we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.

b. In no event shall Skillomentum be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

c. Skillomentum strives to provide placements to its students through its network for Placement services only after successful completion of a training program by the student, but we make no warranties or representations regarding the placements.

7. Refund policy:

At Skillomentum Ventures Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide quality training programs to our valued students. Below are the terms and conditions regarding refunds:

a. Registration fees, application fees, and administration fees for all courses, totaling ₹5000, are non-refundable for any of our training programs.

b. Admission fees vary from program to program and are refundable before the commencement of the program.

c.To request a refund of admission fees, students must send an application via email to admission@skillomentum.com.

d.Once the refund is approved, it shall be processed and released to the source account from which it was paid within 30 days.

e.If Skillomentum Ventures Pvt Ltd is unable to commence the training program within 2 weeks of the committed date, students are eligible for a 100% refund of any paid admission fees.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Training Institutes in Pune jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
